Have worked for ten years in managerial positions for four material manufacturing companies as a Marketing Manager, Customer Service Manager and Procurement Manager.
During this time I developed some Web Design Projects but my main connection with IT was through ERP systems.
I participated in many ERP Projects. Details are shown bellow:
USG GREECE – USG GERMANY: Project Manager responsible for moving the business of USG Greece’s non Greek clients to USG Germany.
February – April 2011:
USG GREECE: Project Manager responsible for coordinating the replacement of the company’s ERP system with another ERP system.
USG ITALY-USG GREECE: Project Manager in coordinating USG Italy’s commercial department actions in submitting USG Italy’s business to a new USG Europe associate and simultaneously preparing USG Greece for being able to service the Italian market through the USG Europe associate.
USG ITALY: Project Manager/Coordinator moving the company’s warehouse to a third party Logistics provider warehouse.
November 2007- January 2008
USG GREECE: Organize the customer service and dispatching department, exports and invoicing procedures. Analyze the needs of an interface between a foreign ERP system and a Greek software “Kefalaio” in order to meet the needs of accounting legislation in Greece together with the needs of immediate reporting in USG.

A. Reorganize the company’s warehouses and adding two new warehouses (installation of a Logistics software “Optimum-Aberon”).
B. Improve company’s production planning process and production follow up operations (extrusion factory and paint factory).
October 2006 – February 2007
ΑLMAK S.A – DORAL S.A.: Responsible on behalf of the ALMAK S.A. for the necessary tasks that had to be made in order for a merging with two other companies to take place. Field tasks: administrative, software (ERP) and trade issues.
November 2004 – February 2005
ALMAK S.A.: New product coding for all the company’s products. New product categorization in order for the company to be able to obtain better statistical information. The company switched from the business software Defacto to Omega ERP. Furthermore, responsible for training the users in order for them to be able to use the new ERP software.

Direct Marketing Manager
Supervised direct marketing department and a call center dedicated to identifying and engaging new customers and providing product information. Utilized strategic insights to develop marketing plans, software promotions, and direct marketing initiatives. Led the creation of brochures, technical documents, advertising CDs, newsletters, software manuals, and digital presentations.
Provide digital project management services to customers interested in obtaining a web site. This included, discussing with the clients in order to understand their market and their needs, plus provide them with a web content proposal and economic offer and become the intermediate in explaining to the IT team the requirements etc.
Follow up and the companies hosting services and buy domain names for the clients who needed such services.
Train customers in using the companies custom made software solutions and participating in client meetings making software presentations.
